Refund, Cancellation Policy & Procedure

Refund Policy and Procedure

In the event of a refund request, learners shall submit a course cancellation email together with either:

  • Hardcopy of  1.1.4-FRM-01 Request-Withdraw-Refund Form (Click here to apply), or
  • Refund form downloaded from the Cutech Training website (Home Page > Useful Links > Refund & Cancellation Policy & Procedure).

100% refund will be made if:

  • The course does not commence as scheduled;
  • The course is terminated due to unforeseen circumstances;
  • Student Pass application is rejected by ICA (where applicable).

1 to 7 calendar days before course commencement

On or after course commencement

0%

Refund requests due to medical emergency, hospitalization, bereavement, or other exceptional circumstances will be reviewed by management on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Procedure:

  1. Learner submits refund request via email and 1.1.4-FRM-01 Request-Withdraw-Refund Form (Click here to apply)
  2. The organisation shall respond within 7 working days.
  3. Approved refunds shall be processed within 14 working days
