Cutech Training Provider – Refund Policy

WSQ Courses:

Refunds will be made if any of the following happen:

• The course cannot start or finish as scheduled.
• The course is terminated early.
• The student does not meet entry requirements.
• The ICA rejects the Student Pass.

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days after confirmation of acceptance.

Refund Amounts

• Non-Delivery: 100% refund if the course is not conducted as scheduled.

3. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
