    Refund Policy and Procedure

    In the event of a refund request, learners shall submit a course cancellation email together with either:

    • Hardcopy of  1.1.4-FRM-01 Request-Withdraw-Refund Form (Click here to apply), or
    • Refund form downloaded from the Cutech Training website (Home Page > Useful Links > Refund & Cancellation Policy & Procedure).

    100% refund will be made if:

    • The course does not commence as scheduled;
    • The course is terminated due to unforeseen circumstances;
    • Student Pass application is rejected by ICA (where applicable).

    Terms & Conditions

    Thank you for choosing Cutech Quality Solutions Pte Ltd (CQS) as your preferred training provider.

    Upon successful registration, our Training Support Executives will secure a seat for the class you have enrolled in. Arrangements will also be made to book our trainer, assessor, training room, course materials, food catering, and shuttle bus to prepare and welcome you for the class.

    Important Terms & Conditions

    Course Requirements

    Trainee(s) will need to fulfill at least 75% attendance and be marked competent during assessment to enjoy the SkillsFuture subsidized rates. In the event that either criterion is not met, trainee(s) are liable to pay for the full course fee and no certification or Statement of Attainment will be issued.

    Rescheduling

    Rescheduling for confirmed enrolments must be submitted via the official reschedule form or training@cutechgroup.com at least seven (7) days prior to the course date with supporting documents. Fees will be waived for requests supported by valid reasons (e.g. medical reasons, COVID, work commitments, etc.).

    A maximum of three (3) reschedule requests is allowed. No rescheduling will be permitted after the 3rd request, and the enrolment will be considered a no-show.

    Withdrawal / Cancellation / No-show

    Any withdrawal, cancellation, or no-show for confirmed enrolments must be submitted via the official withdrawal form or training@cutechgroup.com at least seven (7) days prior to the course date with supporting documents.

    If no formal withdrawal request with supporting documents is submitted, trainee(s) will be liable to pay the full course fees.

    Please note that government funding is not applicable for withdrawal, cancellation, or no-show cases, and the penalty fees may need to be paid via cash or bank transfer.

    Assessment Appeal

    If you are assessed as “Not Yet Competent”, you may request a review of your result and appeal to attempt the assessment again. The request must be submitted in writing via email or complete the Appeal & Complaint Form (1.1.3-FRM-01) to CQS within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the assessment outcome. All requests will be reviewed, and re-assessments will be arranged subject to approval and trainer availability.

    Intellectual Property Agreement

    By registering for our courses, you acknowledge and agree that all course materials, content, and intellectual property, including the company logo, are owned exclusively by Cutech Quality Solutions Pte Ltd (CQS).

    You are not permitted to use, reproduce, or distribute any content or intellectual property without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action, and you agree to bear all associated costs.

    Electronic Payment

    By registering for our courses, you confirm that all electronic payments are made directly by you. You acknowledge that you are the authorised account holder or have obtained permission from the account holder. You agree to be responsible for any fees or charges incurred in connection with such payments.

    Other Terms

    Cutech Quality Solutions Pte Ltd (CQS) reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or change the venue or mode of the course(s) due to unforeseen circumstances. Notification will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.

    Privacy Policy

    SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) drives and coordinates the implementation of the national SkillsFuture movement, promotes a culture of holistic system of lifelong learning through the pursuit of skills mastery, as well as strengthens the ecosystem of quality education and training in Singapore.

    With its corporate mission to “enable individuals to learn for life, pursue skills mastery and develop fulfilling careers for a future-ready Singapore”, SSG offers initiatives available to both individuals who pay for their own learning and development and businesses who invest in their talent pool and productivity.

    UTAP FUNDING:

    • UTAP (Union Training Assistance Programme) is a training benefit for all NTUC Members to defray the cost of skills upgrading.

    • NTUC members can claim up to $250 per calendar year (or up to 50% of unfunded course fee) on eligible courses.

    • NTUC members aged 40 and above can enjoy higher funding support up to $500 per individual each year, capped at 50% of unfunded course fees.

    Eligibility criteria

    You can apply for UTAP as long as you are an NTUC member. To be eligible for UTAP, all you need to do is meet the following conditions:

    • Paid-up union membership before course commencement, throughout the whole course duration and at the point of claim, only an upfront deduction is allowed before course commencement

    • Course by training provider must be supported under UTAP, and training must commence within the supported period

    • UTAP funding is only applicable on the course fee not funded through company sponsorship or other types of funding

    • You must have achieved a minimum of 75% attendance for each application and sat for all prescribed examination(s), if any

    *This excludes miscellaneous fees such as GST, exam fee and registration fee etc. The UTAP amount disbursed to all members is the same for all nationalities.

    How to submit UTAP Claim?

    Step 1: Check for UTAP supported courses.

    Step 2: Register for course with training provider and attend training. For course information and enrolment, please contact the training provider.

    Step 3: Log in using Singpass and submit UTAP/UTAP-Lite claim within 6 months after course completion. Late claims will be rejected.

  • COURSE REGISTRATION TERMS, ADVISORY & SCREENING DECLARATION (1.2.1-FRM-01)

    By registering for this course, you acknowledge and agree to the following:


    1. Registration & Funding

    • Registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or official company sponsorship confirmation.
    • All course fees are subject to prevailing GST.
    • Funding approval is subject to SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) or the relevant funding agency’s requirements.
    • Funding eligibility is not guaranteed.
    • If funding is rejected due to non-attendance, failure to complete assessment, ineligibility, or inaccurate information provided, the participant and/or sponsoring company shall be liable for the full course fee.

    2. Attendance & Assessment Requirements

    • A minimum of 75% attendance is required.
    • Late arrival or early departure may affect attendance calculation.
    • Participants must demonstrate competency in the required assessment components.
    • Both attendance and competency requirements must be met for certification issuance.
    • Failure to meet attendance or competency requirements may result in ineligibility for certification and funding support.

    3. Certification & Post-Course Information

    • WSQ courses issue a Statement of Attainment (SOA) via SkillsFuture Singapore upon successful completion.
    • Participants are responsible for accessing and downloading their SOA through the official MySkillsFuture portal.
    • External certifications (e.g. AWS, TWI, ASNT, API, etc.) are separate from WSQ funding and subject to the respective governing bodies’ requirements.

    4. Refund, Withdrawal & Conduct

    • Withdrawal requests must be submitted in writing.
    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed according to the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
    • Administrative charges may apply.
    • Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct.
    • Cheating, impersonation, plagiarism, or misconduct may result in disqualification without refund.
