Cutech Training Provider – Refund Policy

1. Non-WSQ Courses

• 80% refund – if cancellation is made more than 14 days before the course starts.
• 50% refund – if cancellation is made within 7 days before the course starts.
• 0% refund – if cancelled on or after the course start date, or if the trainee does not attend or stops mid-way.
• 0%–100% refund – may be given based on valid reasons and management’s discretion.
• 100% refund – if the course is not conducted as scheduled.
• 100% refund – if the trainee withdraws within 7 working days (cooling-off period, for Non-WSQ courses only).
• Refunds will be processed within 14 working days once approved.

2. WSQ Courses

Refunds will be made if any of the following happen:

• The course cannot start or finish as scheduled.
• The course is terminated early.
• The student does not meet entry requirements.
• The ICA rejects the Student Pass.

Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after confirmation.

Refund Amounts (CPE Courses)

• Cooling-Off Period: 100% refund if withdrawn within 14 working days after signing the contract.
• Non-Delivery: 100% refund if the course is not conducted as scheduled.

3. Refund Procedure

2. Cutech will respond within 5 working days.
3. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
