After course completion, we assist students with:
Collection or re-issuance of certificates
Verification letters or training records
Updates on certification validity or renewals
5. Feedback & Complaints
We encourage students to share their experiences, suggestions, or concerns.
All feedback is handled professionally, and we aim to respond within 3 working days and resolve issues within 7 working days.
6. Refund & Withdrawal Assistance
